Making a trailer out of a truck frame...... Need a axle... in working condition....
How about a complete truck box trailer already completed for $225? Has a 12 bolt 2wd axle under it now with 3 nearly new rims and tires.
That's a good price... but I want to make a long trailer... to haul stuff with... /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
Well I have an Eaton 3/4 ton axle. it is missing the pumpkin and axle shafts but you would only need to get another rear cover to seal the hole on the front where the pumpkin goes (I know where to find them cheap) and make covers for where the axle shafts go in (or cut off some axle shafts). It is a full floating axle.
You can have the axle for free if you want to go to central oregon to pull it and pick it up.
