I get a raddle sometimes around half gas when I am driveing on the highway. It only happens when the truck gets really warm. My timeing is set on 8 degrees. I had a friend ride with me who is pretty knowledgable. He said that the noise (a rattle that sounds like it is comeing from the tranny area) could be pinging. I recently installed a mechanical oil pressure gague and the sound seems to have gotten louder and now seems to be comeing from the gague. I exchanged the gague as it was really anoying, and i thought there was something wrong with it. The new gauge did the same thing. Is that because I bought a cheap gauge or have I accidentaly created a "knock sensor" by installing the mechanical gague. I have a 350/350/203. Let me know what ya think it could be. Thanks

When all else fails... Check the blinker fluid.
