Anyone know any good ways to improve circulation? Seems all of my limbs are having a slightly increased tendency to falling asleep lately. A few weeks ago, I got in a position while watching TV and my hand fell asleep. I've always had a bad habit since I was little to just keep letting my limbs go numb. Kind of always enjoyed it. Well anyway, the time I am talking about, my pinky finger didn't wake the hell up for over 12 hours. Was numb when I got up the next morning. Just seems to me like my circualtion must be lacking a little bit.
