Thanks for the compliments. I bought it at a swap meet about 10 years ago.I don't remember the companys name,they used to have ads for it in the back of the 4x4 mags. I forgot i even had it, I found it when i cleaned out my garage the other day.(it's amazing what you find when you clean) If ya see me on the road just flag me down..it's always good to meet a fellow wheeler

it might be a..
It could be a "Glasstite" half-cab conversion that used to be sold by the Glasstite truck cap company..I still have brochures on them,I came close to buying one years ago when I had my 72 K5....never did buy one though(I think it was 600 bucks or so for a 72 K5!
--and the 73-up version was not that much cheaper...I see they are still in business,but no mention of any half cab conversions on their website listings,just truck caps--guess they stopped making them.. 
--the fact its fairly easy to copy and make your own from plywood and a pickup truck sliding window (on the 73-up K5's) ,or a back wall from a pickup cab,is probably why they dont bother making them anymore..that and the high price probably led to poor sales...
