When my wife gets home I can get her recipe . We make our own kalua . Awsome in a cup of coffee . We did make some irish cream one year but with all the irish people in my family , I always get a few bottles during christmas time . You can find many different recipes on the net . good booze make good irish cream . Don't use the cheap stuff . I don't like Baileys , Carolines is what I like .
Nice! I have seen a couple on the net that were all different. Some recipes get cooked and some dont. Its the eggs I wonder about.
In one of the bars I used to work at the owner refilled the baileys with St. Brenens... I actually thought the st brenens tasted better... That guy was a cheap fock
Baileys Irish Cream recipe
Ok , This recipe only serves 4 cups or 32 oz . I usually make many batches and give to friends or family along with home baked goodies for christmas .
1 cup light cream
1) 14 oz can of sweetend condenced milk
1 & 2/3 cup Irish whiskey
1 tsp instant coffee
2 tblsp Hershys choc syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1) combine all the ingredients in a blender ( set on high speed ) for 30 seconds .
2) Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate . The liqueir will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool . Be sure to shake well before serving , Enjoy
