Check these out, just trying to make your day a little easier.....

And how about these!

All designed for the strongest and safest Cage build possible, our tube Flanges are all .25" thick and so are our gussets, and remember, gussets aren't supposed to be all carved up in the middle, kind of defeats the purpose don't you think?

Think RuffStuff on this build and save enough to maybe buy that Atlas! Our prices don't go on sale, they don't have too!

Adding a new Flange next week.....

Should make some interesting things possible and downright easy, we will announce it here with a couple of pics.....We have been using it awhile on a few of our shop trucks, works great....Nice tease huh?

Missed this one.....

These are some simple brackets so you can use Square tubing (alot cheaper than DOM), just use .25" wall so you don't have to worry about strength.

On all of our through hole tabs we recomend welding inside and out for shear strength, we make all of these .25" thick so you can, put the tube 2/3's of the way through the hole and weld from the inside and then weld the outside. It is an easy way to add real strength to something where alot of people just use a butt joint, after all, its your butt on the line in a violent roll.

Steel prices have been rising!

We make every effort to keep our prices low and controling our steel costs by buying large quantities at a time is one of the things we do. However, we are seeing a sustained rise in steel prices. We will not raise prices in the short term but we would like our customers to be aware that if the trend continues higher we will limit our price increases to the actual cost increases we see. Thanks for your continued support. Dan

BTW, the answer is, It is always Cage and Slider build time!

Dan, I need to do a flange break point so I need some flanges but I want a triangle 3 point design, its stronger then a 2 bolt design since the bolts are not in only 1 "plane", has the tripod strength. will you make those for me? I can do it my self but since I am going to be ordering my D60 cover soon I might aswell get those from you too if you will make them.

will save me the trouble of doing it. are these the hi strength steel too or cold rolled steel plate. thats fine if its colled rolled since thats what I use anyways. I will give you dimensions for what size I need. let me know please, thanks.

Send me an email with the dimensions you need.....

And we can see what needs to be done.

hay Dan, this is what I am looking for. can you do these for me, I will place an order if you can, I will anyways since Im orderind my cover at the end of the week but if you can do these too that would be great.

I mentioned a 3 hole cage flange but I would also like some 4 hole cage flanges for 1 3/4 tube. this is the size I came up with that I like. I put dimensions on the cardboard, hope you can see it clearly. as I said I can make these but I band saw them and it takes time. theres not much to cleanup on the disc grinder when you follow the line but I would rather just as soon buy them if you will make them, for a reasonable price ofcourse :D . also can you cut a large center hole for welding on the inside like on yours for shear strength.

on the 3 hole piece the 3 5/8 dim. is the flat to the radius of the outside perifery. the 4 hole part's diagonal hole to hole, centerline to centerline line dimension is 3 1/4 in. and 3 1/4 at the widest point of the perifery in a straight line dimension over the radius's at the corners. please let me know if you can/will. thank you.
