ive been falling asleep at stoplights for 3 weeks now. or anywhere else i stop moving for more than a minuite or so... sometimes i barely make it home from work. and driving to work at 515am is always a challenge. ive fallen asleep on the ****ter at work a few times, i just woke up from an hour nap and feel more drained than i did before. i havent changed my routine much. i still get 6-7hrs a night of sleep which has been the norm for years. but here lately ive been sleepy all the time. i have a feeling it has a lot to do with my diet... wich i admit is largly fast food. but thats not really any different either.
