Is this 14 bolt worth my time?

I've found a 14 bolt from a 89 1/2 ton with a 6 lug. I'm assuming this is the semi float and most of the posts I see are about the FF. They want $150.

I was looking at replacing the gears on the 10 bolts I currently have. I figured this might be a lot cheaper as I'm sure it's got at least 4.10 gears and maybe some type of locker. Is a semi float worth the trouble? Will I have to move the spring perches or shock mounts?

It'll be the semifloat, yes, AND that's an IFS truck, so the spring perches and shock mounts will all be wrong.

Best bet for direct drop-in is a 14BFF from a 70's or 80's 3/4 ton 4WD; second best bet is a 14BSF from an 80's (or 90-91 Burb) 3/4 ton 4WD.

Anything else will require some cutting & welding.
