i took that junction apart and this fell off. is it my fuseable link? if not, what is is?

That's the power feed to the blower for the HVAC. It provides power to the blower motor when the fan speed is set to high. The round plastic housing is half of a fuse holder. There should be a fuse inside it, and it should be attached to another plastic part that goes to the other end of the wire.

On the gas trucks and K5's there is a fusble link next to brake booster.
that's the same place on the firewall where his fuseable link is too.
