so here ya go. some pics from our trip to sunriver with the fam. no, there's none of me wearing ski goggles while driving with my head out the window due to wipers that weren't working. the first morning, claire and i went for a bike ride and found this frozen pond at a local golf course. i've never walked on water before, so i figured i'd go all out and make a snow angel. hot damn! i'm one sexy bastard with my new fauxhawk! then there were some cat-tails near the pond. we went ice-skating that evening w/ the fam. i can skate pretty good, and so claire's mom and later her bro asked me to pull them. as it happened, i pulled a bit too fast and both of them crashed. little bro was going so fast as we went around a corner that he couldn't keep his feet on the ice due to the centripetal force and he went flying. priceless!!! we went up the mountain the next day (see the thread related to my adventure up the mountain here). woke up the following morning to this which was pretty cool: so this is what my truck would look like w/ a full convertable top converion. i like it. got tentative plans to do it this summer down in AZ w/ supersize75k5. the whole fam - took this shot w/ the timer, which is entertaining when you have to run 30 ft thru the snow and then look normal just in time for the shutter to open. . we had a bit of a snow fight going down. went and saw the grandparents on the way thru bend, or. really super good people. bob served in the navy during WWII and also in Korea. probably the coolest guy i know. he's got liver cancer, thus i cut off my hair, but now it's grown back into this fauxhawk thing. the world will be drastically worse off when he's gone. that's what i got for now.
