Is that one of those perferated stickers/decals that you can see through?

ya the reflection your seeing at the top of the sticker is the light from the front bouncing off the inside of the top. if you get close enough you can see inside from the outside. and inside the truck when you look back you can see out of it just fine.

That is bad ass. Does it stick to the inside of the window?

no its glued to the outside, i was wishing it was for the inside so that it wouldnt scratch when the window rolled down because of dirt. but its not a film type decal, its reminds me of the stuff they make tarps out of (not the blue tarps but the kind that let sun in and will also let water in) it seems very durable and when i roll the window up and down it only gets caught on two spots and its where the handle is on the inside of the gate, but it doesnt scratch it just moves the hard film stuff and then i just press it back down into place.

i had a buddy with 1 those rear glass covers w/tiny holes in it, it was fine except when wet/raining...each little ''hole'' held they water like 1000's of tiny lens that you couldn't see thru it
