July 13th\'s Cookin\' with the Fatman Once again, the ol Fatman has grown tired of fast foods. Today we're making one of my fav. sanwiches. Start off by fully cooking a boneless chicken breast. While that's cooking, sautae some onions and mushrooms. Next take some tin foil (Not the peice you we're doing foilies on) and place a hamburger bun in the center. Put some spegitti sause on the bottom part of the bun, then the chicken breast, now some swiss cheese, next the onion-n-mushrooms, top part of bun, completely wrap up in the tin foil, bake in oven at 375 for 15 to 20 mins. like a melt. Enjoy.
