k30 chassis under a k5 body?

He guys maybe a stupid question but , is it possible too shorten a k30 chassis and then weld it, and put it under a 75 k5 ?

Why not just take the K30's drivetrain and put it under the K5's chassis?

Isn't the K30 frame much stronger? Maybe to limit any body flex...
