My brother finally got a K5 as well. Its a 89 K5 w/ a newer 350 w/ headers dual back exhaust, bullitproofed tranny and all the lil silverado stuff. Now the bad.. the rust holes right behind the driver/passanger seats in the corner, as well as the tailpan. The rust is all out though now 
just time to weld in new metal and put the interior back in and it will be good to go My bro also has repainted the whole truck with spraypaint the same colors as it is in these pics. Looks great so far! more pics to come.
