When I roll my rear window up and down on my K5, it makes an awful high pitched squeel. I pulled the rear panel and randomly shot some penetrating oil, not change. Can I oil this thing somehow?

try silicone spray once.

Silicone spray the felt guides. if noise is still present, remove panel, watch
the glass in motion. Some small piece may be out of position, and rubbing
against glass or linkage. *note, electric window will not operate with
tailgate open; you can "fool" it by tripping the latches at each end of
the tailgate. (be sure to open the latches before attempting to close gate)
