Received my NP-203 twin stick shifter this evening and I must say, that thing is beefy and very well built. Puts the stock shifter to shame.
I won't be able to get around to installing it until this Saturday (hopefully), but it should be a breeze.
Overall, the shifter is very high quality, worth every penny paid, and should provide years of use.

Post up or send me some pics during and/or after the install, I'm going to be getting the 203 twin-stick kit pretty soon and would like to see it.

I'll see if I can get some pics of the shifters themselves tomorrow. I *might* be able to get some pics of them actually in the truck on Saturday afternoon. It depends on who is at the shop on Saturday.
It sucks working on Saturday's, but it sure is nice having a lift and a dealership full of tools.
