My k5 leans about 1.5" to the passenger side. I read another thread on here awhile back (couldnt find it again) and a lot of you suggested body mounts. And while the passenger side mounts are not in good condition, neither are any others. So I measured from the axle tube to the frame and there's maybe almost an inch in difference, so I'm guessing its the leaf springs. I was never too happy about how much the front flexed so maybe I might as well get new 4" lift leaf springs that flex more? What do you reccomend? I have always been tempted to do the 52" spring swap but dont have the money to go all out and go crossover which I have read here is neccasary to do the swap. True? How sketch would 52"s be on the street wth no swaybar?
thanks guys
EDIT: and dont some jeeps come with a front d44, or is just rear? What stops me from taking everything for xover from that? I realize there is also a problem with the steering box and needing to replace it with a 2wd one for the splines to match up.
