Any good? Worth the price? Or should I continue to use “The Right Stuff” by Permatex

Never ran one, but know guys that swear by them. Was going to try one on my 60 but I was already grinding the cover for tie rod clearance.

I have used them on my last jeep, and currently have them in my transmission (th350) waiting for santa to bring me some for my 12 bolt covers
never had any leaks with them, even on the go fast chrome ones.
if you wheel or fear getting water in your diffs, no mess like the rtv stuff and reusable.
now if they could only find a way to remove the stank from gear oil

I prefer right stuff for the crawler because of the 13 bolt and the covers get beat in the rocks. For the street/light trail trucks the lube locker is a good option.

I run one on my 60 front and the 80e in the blazer, work great. I tried one on my s10 with a derale deep pan and it leaked like a sieve, had to order a oem gm gasket for some reason.

Are the front and rear differential gaskets the same size on stock truck, gm 10-bolt?

I’m having a hard time finding the gasket for the front
I even looked on Lube Lockers website and I don’t see the front differential cover for my truck shown. That’s odd, they sell the rear gasket and not the front?

I believe that's the case, no front 10 bolt lubelocker gasket that I know of. Keep in mind that lots of 2WD cars/trucks had 10 bolt rears, so there are probably a lot more of those out there than fronts.
