M1031 24v to 12v12v

Hi I'm looking for some clarification I'm using the step by step process from Roscommon to convert and 86 m1031 to 2 isolated 12v systems and I'm confused on steps 12,13,14 there directions are a bit vague on how to wire up theauxiliary system for the 3rd battery....

I think I have it figured out
