making 4l80e work on a mechanical 6.5

well I tore out the electronic crap "couldn't get it to work nor did I really care to spend $$$ to try" and put on a mechanical pump. now I just need to make the trans work...



any suggestions???

91 to 93ish diesels had stand alone controllers.. can't remember when the 6.5 went electronic but I think it was 93.
