The 2wd frame is a little shorter so I cut the top off and rewelded another on.

I only have one mount so I need to find another one :doah:

I also have all the steel to make my engine crossmemember, should be pretty simple.

And the engine mount should be something like this

But with the tabs going to the brackets of course

Looks almost like the panhard/crossmember that dcubb makes.

I'm pretty much going off of that design. Seems like a good idea.

I'm also going to put my shock mounts of the 90* sides also

I plated the frame where the holes for the 2wd stuff is also, this is where I'm going to bolt it through.

Do you have a shot of the side frame before you plated it? Just curious to see what a 2wd frame looks like without all the suspension crap bolted on it.

Forgot to ask where did you get your D60 passenger side steering arm from?

whats the little tabs sticking up w/2 holes for? i'm curious b/c i maybe about to convert a 2wd to a 4x(depends on if i get the 74 k5 or not), but i will be converting a 87 cc and i've read that all cc are on 1 ton frames even the 3/4 ton cc, is this true?

I located a passenger engine mount so I should get that in the next week or two. Thank you clarkjw24

Heres the two 90* pieces, I cut it out of a piece of rectangular tubing so the edges would be smoother. Also the other fish plate. I round the edges so they look better.

I have a stick of I think 3 1/2 by 1 1/2 3/16 wall tubing also for the part that goes across.
