Mud Angel

Hopefully I can start working on it soon but I am up to my receding hair line with other projects (re roofing my house and just got my new siding on it and installed Mandi's old engine in Walker's 80' chevy step side, just got it running yesterday.) I installed a Blazer tank in Walker's 86' K20, now I need to run new fuel lines, electrical and clutch linkage and hopefully get it running and out of my garage, then I will have room for Mud Angel to go in.

Collecting parts

While I'm finishing up my Honey-dos I am collecting parts to git ur dun. Once I get it running I will do one up-grade at a time to keep down time at a minimum. I found 2 windstar fans at the local pick-a-part (one went into Walker's truck and the other will go into Mandi's K5).

My parts list:

Shackle flip

Headers

flex plate

new motor mounts ( done )

Windstar fan ( done )

H P Dana 60

Have a 14 bolt but I am looking for one out of a van for the width

disc brakes for 14 bolt

A bomb bumper w/prolly a 10,000 lb winch

1" body lift

cross over steering

stereo and speakers

dual batteries

and that will get me started.

I agree with Mud Angel too, If that's what Mandy named it, personally I would stay with it.
As far as the wish list....can you get it running? I hate to see a fresh engine sit so long without being run a bit to get oil through it...got some manifolds? slap em on there and fire it up til it gets warm and shut it down....just don't let water sit in the block in freezing weather!!!!

I wish she did name it but she never got around to that. When I named her slide show for her funeral My Little Mud Angel the majority chose that for her K5. My plans are to get her running first then mod. one thing at a time. it is in my garage so it won't freeze and as always thanks for looking out for me. I am open to suggestions incase I might be doing something wrong.

My bad, I still like it though, seems you've got that nickname for her, so I think go with it.
As far as letting you know if somethings wrong, that usually isn't a problem around here...most do it in a tactful way as well..:pimp:
