Monday morning will offically be a complete month sense I quit smoking. Feels pretty good if I do say so myself. Blew my diet to hell with the candy, but what the heck. Suprisingly, I didn't pack on the pounds. I think I gained like 1 or 2 pounds. Next step for me is back on the diet. I've already cut out the white bread, but multi grain instead. Now I need too cut down on the soda pop and sugars. Going too go more veggies. No, I'm not giving up the meats, but will try too go with a leaner cut, and smaller portions. I know I really need too start exersizing, but that's kind of hard for me. I have no motovation what so ever.
