motorhome tow rig?

This is what I have. Yes it's a wee bit overloaded(Maybe)
but it's all I have. Motor is a Chevy
350 with a TH400 trans I put air bags in the rear and use a load distribution hitch and electric brakes on the trailer.Works fine, but is way slow on the grades but you get there.

There must be something seriously wrong with my 350. It barely wants to get my burb and a 3k boat up a grade at 35mph.....

NO 35mph is about right when we go over the Cajon pass to Dumont Dunes or the Grapevine to Pismo or the long grades on the 8 going to Glamis. But we still get there
