Thanks to CK5 specs - I removed a lot of rust this weekend. 38's and 14bolt/44 here we come.

Otherwise , the cuts look good. Are you going to put some kind of tubing or strips over the ruff edges. I seen someone do that in another thread and it made it look pretty good.
 
Dent = a mighty oak and a very steep/tight corner on the trail.

and yes I am thinking some type of small black piping. Some kind of easy clamp on, anyone have any ideas??
 
I used the plastic trim you can buy at basically any auto parts store. Cant remember the name of it exactly but it's typically used to cover the edge of the door you grab most frequently.....

What did you do with the inner fender in the back? I might have do cut mine to fit some meats when I put it back together. (Down to a bare frame right now!)
 
I used the sawzal for the inner fenders front and rear - that was the easiest part, very fast and easy but not as nice of a cut as the cutoff wheel.
