I got the interior back in. I got the Certifit inner fenders mounted today. They fit great!! My shocks came in today. I have switch those out next. Tough Country Nitro 9000's.Been a pretty good week.
I bought some (click) insulation on line. It was so easy to work with. The interior is so much cooler. Painted the frame with POR.
I still have put my gas tank skid plate back on and start the interior tool and parts holders. I am going to fab up some type of covers for the seat frames. I'm going to use fiberglass or metal. Haven't decided yet.

The "new" (CL purchase) carpeting already had the typical fiber insulation pad under the front half. I put this stuff under all of the carpeting - front to back and over the rear wheel wells. I forgot to take a pic before throwing the carpet over it. I had to adjust the linkage (hook) for the folding front seat because of the double insulation.
I had a LOT of heat coming through the floor from the exhaust, road and catalytic coverters (dual exhaust). The floor got really hot from all that and heated the interior. No more after the install.

If it's all less than a year old, I'd ask about 3/4 what you paid for it or a little more so you have some wiggle room, that's assuming you didn't pay too much to begin with.
My bad - The shocks and stabilizer are the only things failry new - the springs, add a leafs and blocks are a few years old. They were on the truck when I bought it. I have no idea how much to ask.

Got my rock sliders mounted, and my hi-lift jack brackets built and mounted with locks on both ends of the jack.
Took the Warn winch mount off and in progress building a tube bumper.
Ordered my Powertrax rear locker on Saturday. That will go on when I get the bumpers done. Picked up a complete rear disk brake setup from another member for a great price. I'll do that when I do the locker. Getting things done...

Nice build, looks like you're going along the same route I am. Where exactly did you mount your Hi-Lift at?
Also, how much did those front springs set you back?

They were around $200 for the set.
I built a bracket that bolts up to the inside spare tire floor bolt (behind the spare). The other bracket bolts up to the first two bolts for the top. I still have to paint one of the brackets. Here are some pics:

I've gotten closer to building my first bumper. I've been working on this stupid thing for probably 40 hours between the bending of the tubes and building the winch plate.
This is what it looks now:

Question - I messed up the notch on one tube end. I've got like a 1/4" or more gap on one side of the tube. I didn't see it when I was test fitting and tacking. I found it when I was almost done welding.
What is the best way to fill this in? Try to cut a small wedge or what?
I'm open for ideas...

Got the bumper done and mounted. The tow hooks are being used as two of the mounting points for the bumper to the frame. I'm using the allen head grade 8 bolts to mount the winch. I hope this may deter a potential thief.
More work completed today. I got the plate mounted to the bottom side of the winch mount. I rebuilt the disc brakes for my 12 bolt. I am planning on mounting them up tomorrow along with the Powertrax and new axle shafts.
We'll see if I get to it.
Side note - Luck smiled on me today. I was using compressed air to get the piston out. A small indexing pin shot out from the garage, bounced off the front of my truck and went somewhere. This thing is like 1/8" by like 1/4". I thought I was done and the caliper was useless. The thing bounced straight back. I found it at the base of my welding bench, stuck to a magnet. I got so damn lucky.
We'll see if I get to it.
