Built my crossmember yesterday and today. Made out of 1.5" .25 sq tube and 2"x2"x.25 angle on the sides. Stock tranny mount between tranny and 203. Some 2.5"x1" rubber mounts from carquest for $3 each at the 203/205. This is a WMS doubler adapter. only hangs 2" below the frame and currently 25.5" from the floor to the lowest part. Its attached by 12 grade 8 1/2 inch bolts (6 on each side). Skidplate will come here later.

thats pretty cool! Whats your opinion on the WMS doubler?

alot cheaper than most. Got mine on the $500 shipped deal. You can still get them for $550 though frmo the originator of them, sumner machine. http://sumnermachine.com/
Its hella uber strong only thing is the location for the mount is lower than the ORD style by prob an inch, that why I did the mounts like I did to keep the crossmember up higher.

That is stout

Hey, got any pix of these rubber gizmos you got at the Carquest?

dremu, I don't have any pics now but the other 2 are on order for that will go on top of the mounts to sandwich them in rubber will be here tomarrow, I'll take some pics and post the part numbers.

basing110, its everything you need really; the doubler plate, intermediate shaft between the cases, PTO cover and all the bolts. You specify when you order what clocking you want. You can have them stock setup, or even put your 203 upside down and the 205 flat to have the most clearance ever possible with that setup

it was for my truggy originally which is blue. I may hit it with some orange or black

I am using my th400 to 241 adapter and redrilled my 203 to fit it and the stock rubber mount under it
