my moms '98 burb washer problem...

so her windshield washer went out a while ago and i finally got around to putting a new pump in it....that didnt fix it..and i no she needs a new pulse board because her wipers have a mind of their own when u turn them on. so do u think it could be the pulse board? i cant find any fuse thats blown that would be related to it.

A bad pulse board will cause the washers to quit working. The board is only 25-30 dollars and takes 2 minutes to install.
