For the last several months I had some sleeping problem... lots of dreams, but couldn't sleep at night; would always wake up every hour or few hours and not be able to get any rest. I decided, to fix the problem, to push myself harder and force myself to be up early at the same time every day, and stay constantly busy up until 8 or 9 pm, then go in and get ready for bed... instead of staying up late working on stuff or whatever. Now, I can wake up, I'm sleeping for at least 5 or more hours in a row, and can fall asleep before midnight. My dreaming is moderate (normal). And I just realized, in 2 days, I'll be in a time zone the furthest off from here, meaning it's going to throw everything off again.
