At least up to this point, I'm not far into it. Reading just isn't at the top of my list these days, not having music readily available. I love the story, even being one who is a strong disbeliever (let's save that for another time). I find it very straightforward, and grounded in thoughts and feelings of the common person. The imagery is the complex portion of the tale. I think a lot of it is something people in the middle ages could relate to, with the geography being a bit archaic, and related to events from that, and more ancient time periods. I'll keep chugging away at it!
