My kid in Denver has a 92 explorer that they lost the key to and called some lock place to come and replace the switch. Well they messed uit up pretty good. They can use the vehicle with no key required. Basically the ignition switch and the housing around it that surrounds the column are trashed.

Looking for somebody who knows about these things and might be able to fix it affordably. Replace the housing and put a switch in so it works with a key again.
