Need help 2 ID weatherstrip part

That might be the seal for the topper that the rear window rolls up into.

Scratch that idea, looks like it is either the header seal inner on cab or outer on shell. LMC Page 13 number 13 or 14 and it fits 76-91

I'm going to guess that it's the seal for the tailgate to bed. But the formed corners look a bit much IMO.

Definitely not glass to topper seal, as that is much wider at the bottom.

Thanks, guys.

I have a '74 so I most likely wouldn't have ordered a 76-91 seal.
I may have been insane that day, however.....

The part # is 329033...Can anyone lookup in an old Chevy manual
or anyone work for a Chevy dealer here ?!??!

Those corners are pointed like they belong into a 90 degree bend,
like the bed to tailgate seal...??

Maybe #14 on the following page....it doesn't really show a 90 degree but seems like a close match.....

Thanks again.

Thats the piece I was thinking.

Did they change at any point? Part number shown in the '85-88 parts manual is 326934.

It's not a "half" topper seal, neither of those has squared corners. No idea about the full removable tops, but I doubt it.

Is there any place for screws in it, such as hard rubber ends, or the corners, etc? Just trying to figure out where it would go if it weren't the tailgate. Part number I have could have been superseded by what you have, or mine could have been superseded by the one you have, if it is indeed for the tailgate. Would seem odd though, I believe those part numbers starting with "3" are carryovers from the 70's, so unlikely to change I'd imagine.

Those corners don't really look right for the tailgate, but whats the distance between the corners? I (or someone with time) can measure the one already on the truck.

326934 was also the tailgate seal for 73-78, at least as of 1984. However, that does REALLY look like the tailgate seal I put on years and years ago.

Also, I note that when I blow up the pic, I see the number 326934 on the package. :haha:

Where'd you see 329033? :dunno:

OMG. Whatta a rookie move. I have so much stuff to keep track of, I removed the parts, took pics ...somehow shuffling around the boxes. It's back in the wrong box!

The 329033 is another part...not even listed (?)....and it's the #5 on the same LMC page:

Mystery solved. Thanks to all and nice catch, Dremu.

Many thanks.
