Need help with older Perma-cool electric fan controller

I have a Perma-cool electric fan controller and have lost the paperwork with the wiring instructions for it. Its a model 210006 with the probe that goes into the rad. fins. Anybody running this controller?? Help!

Actualy Fordum, No. I found that on the net but that is not the Perma-cool controller that guy was just using Perma-cool fans in that write up. Thanks for the post though Maybe somebody has the info I need
