I know the output shaft is 32 spline , because they all are on 208/241 in Chevy pass drops .
 
I'm not sure what a S44 yoke would be but it's all stock drivetrain. TH350/NP241 combo with a 12blt in the back. Thanks for the interest, maybe you can enlighten me....:)

s44 is the 10 bolt ujoint size , its simmilar to 1330 , but not exactly the same . You would be using the s44 ujoint on the transfercase end of the driveshaft .

I have this setup too . Shaft 1 is CV s44 slip , 1310 rear yoke to my 12 bolt . Shaft 2 ( spare ) is s44 slip , conversion ujoint out back .

So it will be fine if you got a 10 bolt shaft to work with .
 
I have the stock driveshaft from my '85 GMC Jimmy with 700R4/NP208. I'll sell you the whole driveshaft with slip yoke for $50 or just the slip yoke for $25 + any shipping.
 
I'm in SE Washington State... give me a zip code and I'll look up shipping. I won't be able to ship the driveshaft for a couple weeks though. I'm going out of town this weekend and won't be back home till the following weekend.
