ok a few weeks ago my truck stalled in the middle of the road. I found out that it was electrical. Im getting no spark to my plugs when i crankk it. I changed the cap and rotor bc the old one was shot. I dont think it would be the coil or module bc i didnt think they would just go out in the middle of the street. And all the wires from the distributor go to the right place. Am i missing something? Now all it does is crank over with no spark.

Modules and coils do go just like that.
Before I would go throwing parts at it I would do a little testing.
Fist is take a test light and make sure that the Distributor is getting 12v with the key on.
Next find a meter and meter accross the positive and negative and make sure the coil isn't open. That checks out then I would start suspecting the Modual. Sometimes they will get spiked from a cruded up cap and a bad rotor button.
