I just bought a new 90 amp alternator but the setup is different. All I have to do is hook it up to the positive terminal of the battery. Easy enough, but how much of the old setup can I rip out. The previous alternator had an external voltage regulator so I'm assuming I can toss that, but what about the wires hooked up to it? Oh yeah, it's a 70 Blazer. Thanks for the help.
