I just put new bearings, rotors, and pads on my 89 jimmy. All the ball joints and tie rod ends are tight and in good shape. The brake lines and hoses seem to be good also. The problem is, that when braking, the front right caliper grips sooner than the left causing it to pull hard to the right and getting a lot hotter than the left. Any ideas on what to do or check would be greatly appreciated.

Could be air in the line on one side or that the flexible line is physicaly expanding with the pressure of the fluid makeing one calliper grab more than the other, but chances are its probably a stuck caliper. Happens all the time on older cars that have many years of junk build up in the brake system. You can buy remanufactured ones from any parts house for about 15$. Make sure and bleed the breaks good and you should be good to go.

When all else fails... Check the blinker fluid.
