New project 81 k10 lwb

I picked up a new project on Craigslist 81 chevy K10 lwb. It is in decent shape, has had minor rust repair on cab corners and pass side inner fender but the rest is solid. I bought it for $500 with no motor and a busted th350c trans. Np208 is good, 10 bolt front and 12 bolt rear appear to be good also. Carpet is trashed and steering column is loose. Headline and seat are good. The plan is to pull my rebuilt th350 trans and rebuilt 350 motor from my 86 k5 project. The 86 has a np203 tcase. I will tear down the busted th350c and my th350 and swap output shafts so I can use the np208 case. I hope to move quick with this project.

Update, Trans and tcase pulled out of truck. Trans tcase and motor pulled out of k5. I have torn down the steering column and tightened the bolts and got it all back together. I have the gauge cluster pulled out of the k5 and ready to install in the k10. Now to tear apart the trans. Here is a pic of the busted th350c.

Here's the interior. I fixed the column and have put a gm steering wheel back on. I hated the crappy grant wheel that came on it when I bought it.
