new toy for 14ff axles

Doubt it..those guys do monster truck, 4x4 pulling, mudding trucks, etc, etc. Crazy high hp stuff.

Do you think it would work in a lifted Blazer to help with the driveline angle?
Any idea on the price? I imagine it's a pretty penny or two. :eek1:

Almost have to link the back, because it will be hard routing exhaust and an anti-wrap bar with those boxes. You don't want axlewrap with that. I wonder if they have a 12-bolt pattern so you can clock it every 30 degrees or what those options are. I also wonder if it's cheaper to start with Rockwells.

unless he has traction devices in the rear its 2wd @beags86 :pimp:
God, think of all the options you could set that up with lockers, open diffs, and selectable lockers.

It almost would be cool to set up one of those boxes with a neutral in it, to use a axle has a tag axle, put a full locker in it.
And then a selectable locker and other.
So you could basically cruise around in one wheel drive, then lock that other wheel, then the whole other axle.

Then add the front axle.

You see that video of that 6x4 (Ford?) getting stuck on the hill?

they make drive shaft disconnect kits for those people towing there rides behind the HUGE motor homes . . . . that would work

and yep that ford was a funny looking joke of a ride .

Badass! I was wondering when someone would come out with a good way to run tandem drive axles. Air lockers in each axle and a sweet walking beam style suspension and she could go places.

I remember diesel brothers using a scs transfer case on a tandem truck for final drive... it was noisy as hell with straight cut gears...

They had scs send them a set of helical cut gears to install which cut down the noise to a reasonable level.

The box is stupid simple inside,, basically three gears and two shafts on roller bearings.

Using one on a monster truck, noise isn't an issue, but on a highway build I bet they have helical cut gears in the boxes..

$3679 for transfer case, flanges, and jackshaft. You make the mount.
