Anyhow, I have these new (includes 4 long ubolts, washers and nuts) NO PLATES (I used the plates): $30

What is the overall lenght? Might be interested if they are long enough.

I'd have to check but they're identical to the set I had actually ordered from ORD, and I ended up having to cut-off about 2" from each end to be able to properly access nut for torquing.

I will need bolts long enough for a 4" block and slightly taller than stock spring perches so I doubt those will work for me. Thanks.
