no power at the headlights

ok i have a question about the light kit, does the lmc headlight kit turn all the lights on and no dimmer switch? or is it just the cheap Chinese one i bought
The LMC relay harness still works with the dimmer. That harness (and any other relay kit) is using the stock headlight wiring to turn on the relays to get the full system voltage to the lights. That means the dimmer is still in use to allow it to switch between low and high beam modes.

Then I have an issue cause when I hit dimmer I have no lights when high beams are off all 4 light up
