that doesn't look good. What happened?
This requires a story.... This picture doesn't speak very many words other then the obvious - so spill it. (But don't tip it over )
removed 14bff... even with no engine, trans, hood, fr.susp, fr. doors, and basically centered on the lift it still tipped...
no body/thing was injured, cept my pride...
my lift sucks it used to be air over hydraulic, but its not so much any more so it sticks on occasion usually when i dont want it to...
i had it up just enough to leave the axle on the ground;in order to take the load off the spring and knocked out the last rivets from the spring hangers
then i went to move the axle back and the lift had stuck a little, there was enough pressure to raise the lift with out any input, and once the front touched and took off some weight it kept going up till it was like 4-5' off the ground...
not the best thing you want to happen but atleast it was the truck thats getting scrapped.... i'll be more careful next time
really need to get a better lift or at least arms for my other lift
that looks like it could have been at my house, there is always something to remind me of the keystone cops.
