Sounds like you have a whole plan worked out but swapping a 6 lug 9.5" in the rear and putting some nice calipers on the front would make it pretty usable with mild tires (33-35") on 6 lug. Maybe figure out some bigger lug studs for the front too.

Nice find, coming across one like that would tempt me for sure.

Going to just swap bodies on frames so will have 8 lugs and 37s when i'm done, I'm actually torn at this point, after driving it around this week the white one runs so good and rides nice. i like the looks of the ralley wheels, one part of me just says leave it alone, on the other hand i know it will be bad ass if i swap it, and with all the work i have put into the gray one when its done it should be easy to sell.

Amazing what a little cleaning will do, looks much better already, i don't understand why some people don't detail the vehicle before selling,
