I have a SYE kit installed in my NP 241 that came with a 1310 yoke. Is the rear output yoke on a 203 the correct one to upgrade to 1350 joints? I know that it needs to be machined, but did not want to go to the trouble of pulling it to check the splines.

Thanks. The SYE instructions mentioned a different seal. Maybe I can cross reference the that part number with a 203 seal and see if they are the same.

You are correct. I just went out and checked. Somewhere I thought I read a 12 bolt used a 1350 and since this was a 12 bolt/ NP203 in a heavy half ton PU I was assuming I had the parts I might need to put a rear drivetrain together. Any thoughts on the 1310's holding up in a Jimmy with 33" tires and a locker but no lift? They sure look small.

If your angles are aligned and you don't bind them they should live a pretty healthy life. Just keep up the maintenance and don't drive it like you stole it and you should be fine. On the wife's Jeep, she has a 60 rear, 44 front with chromos and a Dana 300 with the 32 spline outputs, I kept all of driveshafts with 1310s for a easily repairable weak link. She hasn't broke one yet and she drives it like she stole it.
