Yes, you would need to upgrade to a 32 spline front output to run a 1350 U Joint or CV. The stock 30 spline flange uses the 3R CV which is decent but my suspension was beyond it's working limits. It is about the same strength as a 1330 from what my driveshaft guy told me.

Just swapped my 30 spline front out put over to a 32 spline out of a dodge and thought I would share some info.
First off I thought I might need a different front roller bearing but they are interchangeable.
The thrust washer is also interchangeable

Must get the 32 spline spline seal though, normally included in a seal set.
