Pretty sure I have that. I'll check and see if it fits flat rate.
For a W crossmember or an S crossmember? They look similar but have different bolt spacing.
The plate you show in the pic is an 85 and 86 year only and fit the bottom crossmember.

I do have the one pictured. Tested fitment and it does not fit my s crossmember. Must be what you're looking for. Will not fit flat rate. Probably 30 bucks to ship it.
