NP208 Rebuild Kit?? Does it exist?? Any options??

It looks like I have to replace my 208. Is there a rebuild kit that has all the necessary bearings, races, seals, gaskets, etc.....

If so, where can I get it, who sells it??

Has anyone done this rebuild?? Any tricks to it or special tools other than a arbor press?? Is there a manual for this other than the brief stuff in the Chilton manuals??

Does the factory manual have a better description of the process??

There is a company (Tansmission Exchange or something) that sells them on e-Bay for $120. I bought one from them that I was going to uise but I swappt to a 205 instead...I still have it if you want...$85 to your door...It has new seals and bearings...It cost me $135 once shipping was added from Transmission exchange...Let me know...

Yea....I'll take it. Does it include gaskets and o'rings? Also, does the bearings that are included have the flat thrust bearings???
