NorthWest FabWorks newest product. 1" Zero-Rate leafs. $45 per set

These are 100% CNC machined billet steel and come with all the grade 8 hardware needed. These Zero-Rates will fix a sagging rear end or get that extra lift needed in the front. Since these bolt through your leaf pack and are not blocks they can be safely used on your front or rear axle. They are also drilled to allow axle relocation 1" or 1.5" forward or backwards.

For installation you will need to have 1" of extra thread on your current U-Bolts or you will have to purchase new ones. If you are using the axle relocation feature you will have to redrill your U-Bolt plate. Another thing to keep in mind, if used with cross over steering your leaf pack will be 1" taller. NWF carries the tallest one peice steering arm available on the market if you need that extra bit of clearance.

did the center pins come from a local supplier? im having a hard time finding pins that long threaded that far down. only ones i can find have a 1.5-2 inch shoulder. at least locally.

btw thats a great price. hard to beat that, buying your own steel and making them yourself. looks great. keep up the good work

Ryan,

Those are the type that we normally carry in stock I can get you a set or two if you need some. PM me and we can figure it out.

Old,

Just the picture but we would be able to offer them in a custom tapered version if people are interested.
