O/T foosball table: Lower Price

We bought a foosball table off the internet, and they screwed up and sent us two. I opened the box assuming it was one table in two boxes, so now they will not take it back. Cost me $200 each and I have no use for two of them.

I would like to get $175 for it, it is brand new, just the box has been opened. Will not ship, but can meet halfway if it's a reasonable distance.

I live near sacramento.

i just had plans of buying a foosball table for the rec room. I've been shopping around, but again too bad you will not ship.

You really had to pay for BOTH of them? Can't you put a stop on your credit card? Seems to me they are at fault and should have to either cover getting it back from you or else give it to ya for free? I would contest that charge.

I've faught with them over the phone. They won't take it back because it was on special and I opened the box that said, 'if opened this item is unreturnable' or whatever.

I could stop payment, but I'd really rather just sell it locally and take the small loss.
