I did it one time with some good duct tape, not the kind you can see thru. Ran my 76 about 45 miles back to town with the pressure relieved on the radiator cap. Temp ran about 10 degrees warmer and I had the leak down to a slow drip. Little over a gallon low by the time I got back to town. Made it home but it was a bit of a nail biter.Yeah, is there a tape that really can patch rad and heater hoses and get you 100's of miles to a parts store? I've cut hoses back an inch or two to get rid of the problem section, but I fear ruptures out in the middle of the hose somewhere.
